You will be required to sign an Expectations From Pet Owners Contract at registration.

To Our Pet Guests

At The Country View, Mainhouse , Townhouse Suites & Motel, we understand how wonderful it is to bring the family pet on vacation. We also know how challenging it is to find a comfortable, clean place that accepts your special family member. We love pets too. That's why The Country View allows well-behaved, non-barking dogs to stay at our property. We have set aside certain rooms for our four legged friends. There is a $20.00 fee per pet, per night. We reserve the right to decline admitting your pet and/or request that you and your pet leave, if necessary.

If you are considering bringing pet(s), we ask that you read the following rules.

PET RULES:

 

  1. Only friendly, non-barking, dogs will be accepted.

  2. No pet will be allowed in any room unattended, unless crated.

  3. Dogs must be kept on a leash at ALL times unless in the Pet Park area.

  4. The Pet Park was built to allow our pet guests to run and get exercise. No dog shall be left in the Pet Park unattended. Pets must pee, poop, and play at their own risk.

  1. Poop is the responsibility of the pet owner. Barrels and pick-up-bags will be provided in designated areas.

  2. Pool sanitation does not allow pets inside the fenced area of the pool. Absolutely no pets in the pool area.

  3. Pets are not allowed on any furniture or beds in the rooms

  4. Any damages, or stains to the room, linens, or carpet will be the responsibility of the persons renting the room. Your credit card will be charged any additional charges. Valid credit card information and a signed copy of our Expectations From Pet Owners is required upon check in. If your pet is noisy and disturbing to other guests, you may be asked to leave and find alternate accommodations. You will be responsible for any charges that apply. Charges may include, but are not limited to: two night minimum and pet damage charges.

  5. Pets should not be washed in the rooms or bathrooms, a hose is provided in the Pet Park area.


Upon check in, we offer you information on vets, dog walkers, very close by, and areas you can walk your dogs on the beach and pet friendly parks.
